39 metų Nessa sako visą gyvenimą valgiusi viską, ko tik jai norisi, tačiau aktyviai gyvenusi, todėl problemų dėl svorio neturėjo. Prieš 4 metus Nessa pakeitė darbą ir svoris pradėjo augti. „Visą savo dėmesį nukreipiau į darbą, jaučiausi pavargusi ir stresuota, valgydavau nesveiką maistą ir nelabai rūpindavausi, kaip atrodau. Vieną kartą pamačiau savo nuotrauką ir išsigandau: iki tol nepastebėjau, kaip stipriai pasikeitė mano kūnas“ - pasakoja Nessa.
A throwback to the moment when I started my journey and my reflection on how my journey changed the way I see progress 🤗 When I shared this kind of transformation lately someone commented that even my arm and hand got leaner. I didn't notice it before and it got me thinking. I remember my first day of my journey, I had those progress pictures of other girls in my head and my goal was to change my legs and my booty. But they were the most stubborn to change. I got already pretty nice abs and shoulders but although I felt happy, I also felt disappointed at the same moment. I wanted my legs to slim down! Then other weeks passed by and finally I started to see results in my legs. But this progress was not linear. I had ups and downs, I hit a plateau a few times, I felt frustrated and hopeless. And now I know it was wrong... I shouldn't have seen progress only as an overall change in my body. I should have been happy with the small changes because they usually don't happen overnight and you still need to work hard to achieve them. Besides, progress is not only your body transformation, those are all the non-scale victories along the way: to be able reach 10th floor without stopping in the middle to get the breath, to wake up more energized, to notice more and more muscle definition or to tighten your belt to the next notch. It feels so much better not to categorize a success as an event to complete but fall in love with the daily steps and achievements. Taigi praėjusių metų kovą moteris nusprendė susigrąžinti prarastas kūno formas. Kaip ir daugumai mūsų, Nessai po darbo jėgų sportuoti nebelikdavo, bet tai netapo pasiteisinimu - Nessa keldavosi 5 valandą ryto ir keliaudavo sportuoti prieš darbą.
I haven't share my full body progress photo lately as I did not believe there was much to show. But I decided to take a shot yesterday to keep myself motivated and move on full of energy with last three weeks of 2nd round of BBG 1.0 💪🏼 I have never had any problems with my weight, usually ate what I felt like but for past few years I did not exercise regularly. And I wasn't feeling comfortable in my own body at the beginning of this year. I was unhappy, started to get bloated and had no power. In February I decided to do something about it and I found @kayla_itsines and her account with so many amazing transformations 😍 I felt I needed to try this fitness journey and... Today I start my Week 34! I can't believe all those changes in my body. Pirmuosius 6 mėnesius rezultatai labai džiugino, tačiau vėliau, regis, viskas sustojo. Pradėjusi ieškoti priežasčių, Nessa suprato – ji tiesiog neteisingai maitinasi. Nors renkasi gana sveiką maistą, dėl užimtumo kartais nespėja pavalgyti, o kitomis dienomis tiesiog persivalgo. Todėl kartais jos dienos kalorijų norma siekdavo vos 1000 kalorijų, kitomis - net 3000. Galiausiai pasitarusi su mitybos specialistu, Nessa pradėjo maitintis kas tris valandas, 5-6 kartus per dieną ir suvartodavo maždaug 2000 kalorijų.
Į sporto salę Nessa užsuka 5-6 kartus ir čia praleidžia apie 45-55 minutes. Per visą šį lieknėjimo laikotarpį, moteris priaugo 2 kilogramus, tačiau tai tik dar vienas įrodymas, kad žiūrėti į svorį neverta - reikia žiūrėti į savo išvaizdą. Pažvelk, kokie akivaizdūs pokyčiai!
It does not matter if the progress is slow as long as you reach your goal 💫🙌🏼 I am asked quite a lot of times lately about the specific exercises which helped me to get rid of fat from my hips and legs. I have to tell you that I didn't do any special moves more often than the others to target the lower body area. I am on Week 70 of @kayla_itsines and @tobi_pearce Bikini Body Guide and I follow only this program. Weekly, there are 3 resistance sessions, each is dedicated to different part: legs, arms and abs and LISS (Kayla recommends power walking which may speed up a little bit your legs results). I think the leg workout is targeting more your hips and legs but I do believe you lose fat from all your body and it's not possible to choose the specific place. I first started to become slim in my upper body and only after I saw changes in my lower parts. But it depends on the type of body. I also think that you need to do resistance trainings and cardio if your main goal is to lose fat. That's why BBG works so good for me and for a lot of women all over the world. But it's rare that you lose fat the same way from all parts of your body. Some places may be really stubborn. I started to see changes in my stomach and arms quickly but the progress in my booty and legs was really slow but now I am happy I have never given up! Even if your results are not as good as someone else's, move on, you will eventually get where you want to be.
